Commitment to Growth and Perception Shift
Throughout its history, aak-GROW has demonstrated a commitment to positive growth and a shift in perception about pest control products. Responsible use of these products ensures food security, safety, quality, and quantity, significantly contributing to Kenya’s economy. With agriculture supporting 33% of the nation’s GDP and 40% of the population’s occupations, promoting the value of crop protection products is crucial for sustainable farming, health and the economic well being of Kenyan citizens.

Self Regulating Umbrella Body
In Kenya, companies involved in pest control products have united to form an umbrella organization called aak-GROW/CropLife Kenya. This group includes manufacturers, importers, formulators, distributors, retailers, and users of pesticides. Essentially, aak-GROW is the backbone of the pest control product (PCP) industry in Kenya, ensuring these companies remain competitive in the market and avail safe and high-quality products to the nation.
