Dutch Flower Group (DFG) has launched its revamped sustainability strategy, called IMPACT2030.
Over the past year, DFG has been working to revamp its sustainability strategy with the aim of being ready for the future. IMPACT2030 builds on the previous strategy IMPACT25 and is aligned with new legal requirements.
Marcel Zandvliet (CMO/CSO DFG) and Raimon Loman (Group Sustainability Manager DFG) personally introduced the strategy to the various DFG companies. During their visit, they discussed with executives and Sustainability Ambassadors of DFG companies how the cooperation contributes to the goals of IMPACT2030. The strategy is based on four themes. For each of these themes, goals, ambitions, and specific initiatives towards 2030 have been identified.
Making a difference together
DFG’s ambition with IMPACT2030 is to play a pioneering role within the floriculture sector. Transparency and cooperation are central to this approach, with DFG actively sharing knowledge and results with partners and stakeholders.
“We can only achieve the impact we want to make by working together within our floriculture sector. We are looking forward to continuing to build on IMPACT2030 together with our DFG companies and our partners and realize a positive impact in the coming years,” says Marcel Zandvliet, CMO/CSO at DFG.
