Bioline AgroSciences Acquires Viridaxis

Bioline AgroSciences, a global leader in biological crop protection, has announced the acquisition of Viridaxis, a Belgian company specializing in the mass rearing of parasitoids for aphid control.

Founded in 2004, Viridaxis developed a unique plant-less rearing process for aphid predators, a technology that will further strengthen Bioline’s biocontrol portfolio.

“We are delighted to welcome Viridaxis employees to the Bioline AgroSciences group. Their unique skills and dedication have been at the heart of the success of the company and will be a very positive addition to the Bioline Agrosciences team,” said Ludwik Pokorny, CEO of Bioline AgroSciences.

“We are thrilled to realize our first acquisition since Bioline Agrosciences joined Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries and their partner Aurae in February 2025. It’s a natural step forward in our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable agriculture, aligning perfectly with our strategic ambitions,” added Benoit Genot, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer of Bioline AgroSciences.
