2nd April 2026

In response to evolving global dynamics and a crowded calendar of industry events across the continent, the organisers of Perishable Logistics Africa (PLA) and Flower Logistics Africa (FLA) have announced new dates for their upcoming gatherings.
The two closely linked events will now take place on:
- 4 June 2026 – Perishable Logistics Africa (PLA)
- 5 June 2026 – Flower Logistics Africa (FLA)
According to the organising team, the decision to reschedule was made after careful consideration of the current geopolitical environment, as well as the need to avoid overlaps with other major industry engagements taking place across Africa. The aim is clear: to create the best possible conditions for meaningful participation, stronger dialogue, and broader stakeholder engagement.
“These events are built around collaboration and industry connection,” the organisers noted. “By adjusting the dates, we are ensuring that our partners, exhibitors, and delegates can attend and contribute without constraints.”
Both PLA and FLA have become key fixtures on the horticulture and logistics calendar, bringing together growers, exporters, logistics providers, and investors to address critical issues shaping the future of perishable supply chains in Africa. From cold chain optimisation to airfreight capacity and market access, the events are expected to once again serve as important platforms for insight and partnership-building.
The revised June schedule is also expected to provide a more stable backdrop for international participation, particularly at a time when global uncertainty continues to influence travel and business planning.
The organisers have expressed their appreciation for the industry’s understanding and ongoing support, emphasising their commitment to delivering high-impact, well-attended events.
With the new dates now confirmed, stakeholders can look forward to two days of focused discussion, networking, and strategic alignment in early June.
